Administrators and new order emails
Noticed that the registered administrators are not simultaneously receiving an email notification of all new orders or order changes.
Only the main admin is getting notified. Is this normal or is there a fix. Please respond with a real solution- no trolling- thanks

XC5 sends e-mail notifications to the addresses that are configured on the page at Store Setup -> Contact Information, not to e-mail addresses of administrator users:

Thanks Alex.
Then why do we bother adding administrators and filling in the Email notifications page, if all we need to do is add different contacts in the contact info page. 1. How can I setup the cart so that 3 users receive an new order email notification. 2. Would you know why, probably since the last upgrades - on a few sites, once an order is either cancelled or declined we keep getting those notification emails up to 10 times, it seems at longer intervals after each email. Thanks in advance -again no trolls that do not have a solution

At the moment the field allows a single e-mail address only. In X-Cart v5.3.3 you will be able to specify there multiple e-mail addresses separated with comma. Also, some e-mail services allow you to forward incoming e-mails to multiple recipients. Quote:
I'm not sure why this may happen. Does it send an e-mail for each vendors' order?
