Im sure this has been answered elsewhere, but for some reaosn i don't have permission to search the forums to find it.

Does x-cart support 3d secure?

Yes, it does for a number of payment gateways. See "Verified by Visa" marks at http://www.x-cart.com/xcart_payment_gateways.html

As for forum access - since you do not have an X-Cart license you can't access private parts of the forum. Once you buy a license the forum will become available for you 100%.
