Great Mod Shan. How do i set this up to be only available for "national" shipping only? and to exclude Hawaii and Alaska also?

Oh, btw, i tried doing this MOD and it showed two dropdown list of shipping options even though i already reached the threshhold. What am i doing wrong?

Not sure if this will work with the new UPS module. The ability to add a manual shipping charge is no longer available if you have UPS real time enabled.

Got any ideas Shan?

Thanks balinor. Already implemented that, but it is not what I'm looking for.

It shows as a shipping option even if order total is below free shipping threshold.
minorgod's solution worked perfectly until I upgraded to v4

Hmmm...if set up properly, that shipping option should be hidden until the threshold is reached.
