I need certain static pages to be only viewable when the user is logged in.

The links would be visible in the main navigation at all times, but if you are not logged in would redirect you to a login/registration page instead of the intended content.

Is this possible? Does anyone know of a module that already does this? If not would this be difficult to do myself?

There is no mod as far as I know. I've done few requests like this. It all depends on your smarty/php skills and how familiar you are with xcart. If you need assitance with this email me with details and I can give you a quote

It can be done, we did force registration to view products from specific manufactures. Lemme know if you need to know how, i will ask our developer and post!
