Is there a mod that shows you the progress of a customers order just by having them enter in their order number or email address? I can't find anything from the past and i'm really interested in this feature.

You can easily add a 'track it' button to your customer's receipt pre-filled in with the tracking number (but only if you add the tracking number to the order). Have a look in the Custom Mods forum.

I would like it so the customer can come into the site and enter in their order number or email address. Once they do that it will tell them the status of their order, if its on process, shipped or hold and if its been shipped provide a tracking number for them.
