HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden on x-payment

Just transfer to a new hosting company and whenever we tried to checkout using the x-payment gateway, it will gave us ( Tried to it gave me the following error message: " Order processing error, Order declined.
Review your data or contact the store administrator.

Reason: Internal error (Response is not valid"
