My site was running beautifully yesterday then something happened, nothing was touched on my end but now when pressing a category everything changes, text sizes, images...all of it, can someone have a look, and maybe help me figure this out?

Looking at the code, I suspect your site has gone into quirks mode.

If you do a View>Source of your code you can see that you're printing a commented stock array outside and above the DOCTYPE as soon as you remove that commented array it should return to normal.
