Checkout Issues...not sure if this is right area...sorry balinor

Default Checkout Issues...not sure if this is right area...sorry balinor

Upon trying to checkout (which was working yesterday) if a new customers signs up the get caught in an endless loop, and if you are existing and checkout you get

Your order is being placed. Please wait...

That looks like a leftover problem from your e-mail address as username deal.

i think it may be an import issue...gah this product ghas a huge learning curve

Balinor, I replaced my cart.php and this fixed the error now the error is back and it's taking 45 seconds for the processing

i am thinking this cart issue may be due to the sql_database holding old info or may be full? is that possible?

this was fixed..removed all customers, reuploaded the file by xcart specs all is well...life is good

I am getting the same problem, but no longer the sql code, just the Access Denied Error: 59. Can you give me details of how your removed customers and replaced the file? I have an xcartdump.sql file, but it does not restore through x-cart and I am afraid of removing things and then not getting them back. I do not get an error when I try to restore, but there are orders in the restore which are not added, so I don't think the restore is working.

Help would be very appreciated.

ALMOST SOLVED: I discovered that when the backup restored it took out the Auto Increment Settings in the Orders, Order_Details and the Order_Extras. Selecting Auto Increment in the Extra Field in Phpmyadmin for the Order ID in these 3 tables. I am still getting the error message for the User name, I think. Anonomous-0 is how this is coming up in the order, so I am not sure which field in what table I need to Auto Increment. Anyone have any ideas???
