I realize that this is probably a dumb question, but since I have never applied a sql patch, do I simply copy & paste:

UPDATE wcm_cdseo SET cdseoKeyword='', cdseoDescription='' WHERE cdseoType='product';

into SQL query(ies): and apply?

Any chance I can get that 301 redirect code today?

I know that you emphasize not changing the url's, however the person that initially created them was clueless about our product line and what should have been an appropriate product description.

Thank you in advance.

I registered as you suggested but haven't received the 301 redirect code. Please advise when I can expect it. My inability to change the mistakes made by my former employee has created a very serious problem for me since I had a marketing campaign that was to launch on Friday February 1st.

So far everything appears to be working well thanks to your help. Within days of running the updates, I started getting renewed interest in my site however, I still have a lot of reconstruction work to do based on what I have read about SEO. Thanks for the followup.
