Has anyone done a template that allows me to add a "Package Deal" type product.. that only shows available if each of the individual predefined products are in stock..??

When they add the "package deal" to the cart, it would add each of the products in the package to the cart and fix the inventory on each..


Sound good? Make sense?? Anyone?

Done part of it with a multiple add to cart button, but showing two linked products together would not require a vast amount of work if you use the existing linked product functionality.

This would then display the fact that the product was part of a pack and maybe show the details of the pack deal with an add both products to cart button.

Hows that?
