After getting into it, it seems easy. Now my problem is now one of my tabs needs to goto a sub directory. http://www.tools-rvsupplies.com/disboard/index.php
By the way thanks for your easy explanation. I have printed out pages to see whats going on.

Static pages are easy...

HOWEVER -- the "currentid" is not updated, so it won't highlight as the page you are on.

I am working on a solution for this. I'll post if I find one...
