HELP! Paypal Checkout Box Wont allow Loging In?? | |||

![]() So I add things to my cart and then check checkout and go through the steps. When it comes to logging in to paypal I enter my username and password and it gives me this error:
"Check your email address and password and try again." Even though I know they are correct and I even had a friend try with his information and got the same result. In the admin I have paypal turned on and I am just using my email address on file at paypal for the payments ... not the api. What could be causing this? Thanks in advance

![]() Is it a PayPal's page that displays the form and shows the error message?
If so, I doubt that this is something that we can change on the X-Cart's side. However, you may try to contact our support staff and let them check this on your server: https://secure.x-cart.com/
