Default Very simple SSO

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to programatically login to my x-cart store? I would like to implement a very simple SSO between my x-cart store and my webapp. I followed some instructions found here: https://devs.x-cart.com/basics/working_with_authorization.html and it appears to work but certain links, etc... do not work. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

How did you program the logic? What is the flow?

When a user logs into his account, X-Cart configures an authentication cookie. So, to get the example working it has to work from the user's browser (so the browser receives the cookie). I'm not sure how you plan to program this in a webapp.

We have done SSO with X-cart. It wouldn't really be something we could easily explain though. If you want to email us we could help you set it up depending on what service you want to use.

thanks,

Carrie
