I have an additional field in the Fast Lane checkout that asks "How did you hear about Montie Gear?"

How do I:

- add check boxes as options for the question
- add and "other" text entry option

Hey,

It depends on exact which position you want the extra fields.


1. If you need it in customer registration, you can manage to add field from admin panel.

2. if you need it to be placed on other steps, it will required custom coding.

Hi,

Basically you can add "Additional fields" for user profile from admin panel.

Settings >> General Setting >> User Profile

Here you can add select box with desired value.
