If a customer checks out with Paypal he sees an annoying page (loading, forwarding) with loading stripes that he will get forwarded. How to remove that site and directly go to Paypal? In my opinion this page is not used at all and can cause a bad feeling for customers.

This is in payment/payment_cc.php - look for

'/include/payment_wait.php'

and disable for PP. You can use an if statement with paymentid
