Default What about a UK section for UK X-carters

We seem to be a minority, but there are a whole lot of issues perculiar to UK users...How about a forum for UK members ...nothing elitist at all, just something where UK specific issues can be discussed?

I think this is not really the best idea as we could miss some of the other great tips / fixes that are posted here and it would make it harder to find the answers.

If everyone filled in their location details we could establish whether they are UK based and answer accordingly.

Also, if you post using UK in the post title it does help get us UK x-carters working on it.

Default Not a good idea

===============================================

Why segregate the rest of the world?

The idea of the internet is to bring everyone together, to communicate,
to help and to teach one another. By forming national cliches online
you'd prevent the glory of shared knowledge, culture and resources.

I VOTE FOR UNIFICATION!!! Keep us as one.

Now... as you had sugessted a topic or sub-category titled "UK Specific
Issues" or something similar is not bad. However, there may be a risk
of UK users placing any and all posts whether relating to "UK Specific
Issues" or not. I have already noticed that half the people that use this
forum don't know where posts should go. Why confuse it even more with
national cliches?

This forum has structurely improved quite a bit since Boomer and Shan
have been moderating it. Good job!!!
