How do I add the Xpayment Methods on 4.2

I can't find where I import the payment methods I have setup in XPayment when using Xcart 4.2. 4.4 has the import button but I don't see that on my connector page.

1) Make sure you've filled in all the X-Payments connector settings correctly. Note: the URL of X-Payments must be of HTTPS protocol, otherwise the internal validation will not be passed.

2) Try to cleanup the templates cache through Administration -> Summary -> Tools.

I've done both of these but when I go to add a new payment method there are no available X-Payment options.

In the 4.4 video there was a nice little "Import Payment Methods" button and when clicked those options got added to the payment method dropdown. In 4.2 there doesn't seem to be that same option and I can't seem to pinpoint where these would need to be added.
