Firetank
Ordered a mod from Firetank a couple of days ago. Heard nothing so opened a ticket - went back to check and the ticketing system appears to be broken.
Are they still around? - Hope so

Hi Shareen, Tickets are answered in the order they come in during office working hours, we work to UK GMT time, sometimes the time difference can cause what appears to be a longer than normal response time to posts if they cross closing/opening times. For example if you are in AZ we close as you are opening so if you email us first thing in the morning we've literally hit closing time at our side. Order processing is generally next working day once fraud checks have been carried out by our payment processors (a time frame outside of our control). We do try to occasionally process tickets and orders outside of normal working hours when possible.
