new, prospective customers cannot even see this thread

you can say you'll fix it in a week, not release any updates for two weeks, and then not even bother to say what new updates do, or whether they address these or any particular issues

so that you can continue to sell your flawed non-working products and services while keeping everyone in the dark

Hi Gary,

I must admit that was totally my fault.

We actually have fixed the issue that turned out to be a complex combination between X-Cart core, Egoods module and X-Payments connector module but I did not update this thread about the fix as I was really expecting a new version to be released very soon.

In reality due to complex nature of the issue X-Cart 5 core development team delayed release of the update till v5.1.10 that is expected in a week. They did not release the updates earlier as we had long New Year holidays and they did not want to have a new release left without our attention while we are OOO.

This thread fell out of our my sight completely.

Said all of that I'll make sure the update will be provided for you as a patch early this week.

Btw, this module has been updated by its vendor. You should upgrade it in your X-Cart 5.

And X-Payments connector new version has been released, too. I am really sorry for the confusion.

thanks ambal, apology accepted, I see you've all been busy

I was mad, and switched carts, but xcart 5 is shaping up to be a very nice cart, I can see it becoming the best choice for a wide range of basic and advanced users, y'all keep up the good work and I won't fuss any more, I'm actually very impressed with the progress to date and I look forward to seeing it continue to evolve, and I wish y'all all the best...

We are all people and sometimes things just got replaced from our memory by something else.

Also, I want you to know that main update will become available with X-Cart core 5.1.10 release (should happen next week).

Also, if you need something urgently - do not hesitate to PM me instead of waiting. I'll be happy to help where I can.
