Default Unable to get customer in order for sandbox account
We want to integrate XCart stores but unable to get variant in product and customer in order for sandbox account.

Order API - https://personal.xcart.com/shipnauticdevimpledgecom/admin.phptarget=RESTAPI&_key={APIkEY}&_path=order/1

please guide us in right direction.
