Has anyone else noticed that now the forums report everyone online now?

Every day when I log in a see that the record numbers of users has been set?

I tried a different browser and received the same result.

As I post this there are 1,658 active users ( 161 members and 1,497 guests)

Either a bug or X-cart 5 has generated a ton of interest

When I click the "new posts" link I'm seeing all the posts going back about 10 days. Before the changes I would only see the new posts since my last visit. I like the old way.

That's odd. Just curious, what is you profile options setting for "Default Thread Age Cut Off" ? Mine is still set to Forum default.

Use Forum Default
That's what I've been using. Something is definitely different on my end because all the old threads do not go away unless I read them. It seems odd that it only affects me so there must be something I'm doing wrong. I've made no changes to my forum account and the issue began with the launch of the forum changes.

As an experiment, I went to every forum and used the Mark-This-Forum-Read tool. This emptied out the endless long list of "New Posts" that I saw when I used the "New Posts" button.

But that was a temporary solution because now the list is growing again. The only way to clear out the old posts it is to either read the thread or use the Mark-this-Forum-Read tool. Before the forum changes the New Posts feature used to only show me the posts that were submitted *after* my last visit to the forum. I miss that behavior and would like to get it working again.
