I created a post in the marketing section, but in case those following this thread don't see that I wanted to share with you optimization methods for improving Authorize.net SIM payment process.

Using these methods with a client we were able to achieve a 34% increase in checkout page completion!

I thought sharing the process and results might provide similar benefit to others who are also using Authorize.net SIM.

We've got X-payments almost completely setup but it's still not accepting credit card orders for Mastercard. I don't know why, it's a valid LIVE credit card number and it keeps returning to the payment screen with the credit card number field emptied out with the following message above:

"The marked fields are empty or have an invalid format."

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

VISA cards go through just fine.

Hi Eric,

We are having the exact same issue. I have a support ticket open with x-cart support so I will let you know what they do to fix it. I have only test a MC so I didn't know it worked for Visa.
