The white was my problem too for late night
 Big 24" screens and a 42" sure light up the room when I hit this site.So... why the color change? Any thoughts about making the background an OFF WHITE rather than brilliant white? Would be easier to read.

It's freaking me out. I feel like I'm in the wrong place. 6+ years of the orange for me here. Hard to change my thinking. I never liked the orange, but man I feel like in the wrong place!

I'm with Carrie on this one - took me 6 years to get used to those colours, and you go and change them!!! It's going to take some getting used to!
At least I know it's not my screen that's gone funny!

One thing to improve...wasn't there alternating colors in the list areas before? You know the area that lists the forum departments and the area that lists the threads in the forums? It's hard to follow the line across from the subject to the repliers now.
Might want to view the new look on a laptop or similar screen. It looked fine at the office but on my laptop it's very hard to read. Otherwise I do like it better, but I could see a few more improvements. Carrie
