Hi guys!

cflsystems Thanks for kind words. I just reported the problem with PHP indexes to the team.

Brian, could you please try to physically remove the following directory <X-Cart>/classes/XLite/Module/BCSE/CustomerRewards and try to rebuild the cache? Please, let me know if it works out.

RichieRich and kevfromwiganinlancashire just sent you an email.

kevinrm once I check the problem on RichieRich's store, I will post a solution here. If you need urgent assistance, please contact our support team via support@x-cart.com.

removed the BCSE directory and rubuild cache and site loaded again. template is a little odd though

Wouldn't the template being a little odd be an X-cart upgrade issue though? Especially without the module installed?
