Happy to hear this.

But...
Where is the manual for the Feature Comparison mod?
We installed it this morning, and it aint very easy to figure out/

We looked in the File Area, there is no manual available...

Am I missing it, or is one coming?

Never mind, as it turns out it is rather simple.
At least more so than the Product Configurator.

Good mod, looks great for businesses such as ours!

4.0.0 to 4.0.11 upgrade jump to 4.0.12 as posted above would mean yes.

After using Feature Comparison mod now for a while we have decided we feel you are missing at least two important things from the comparison mod page.

We thought you may want to hear our feedback.

Missing:
1) The price on the comparison page.
You are not listing the price of each item in the comparison, this is one of the most important thing the customer will want to see. Weighing up the Price against the features a product contains to see which is the best purchase.
Please can you add the price into the comparison.php page???

2) A buy button on the comparison page.
After you have got 10 products all listed side by side, checking features (and price

) against each other, the last thing you will want to do is buy your preferred one.
But alas! there is no buy button!
So you have to click back to the chosen product to then click Buy again.
One more click which may not have been needed.
Could you also look into adding this?

As the mod has it's own Admin page for seting it up in General Settings, then perhaps these features could be added as a choice of whether you wish to view them or not, this will keep everyone happy if we are given the choice.

But for us that page needs the price side by side and a buy button so you can purchase the on you like best.

IMHO anyway.

These features will be implemented either in one of THE 4.0.x releases or in the 4.1.0 depending on the volume of modifications that need to be done in the core of X-Cart.

I need to know the best / easiest way to migrate v3.3.2 database to 4.0.12 database....

I also need to do this. All I really care about are the Customer, Order Details and Orders tables. I did a fresh install of 4.012 but need to xfer the customer and order data to the new dbase. Any thoughts?
