Default X-Cart POS beta-testing: join to get your FREE license.

We're starting beta-testing of X-Cart Point of Sale - the system which allows you to control the products, orders and inventory of both retail and online stores within a single web interface. The module is available for both X-Cart 5 and X-Cart v.4 Classic. Join the ranks of beta-testers, share your feedback - report a bug or suggest an improvement - and get your free license for X-Cart POS plus 3 years of free module upgrades.

Details:

PS: Mike White aka totaltec, we can't thank enough - you did a great job!

Hi Ksenia, I have two weeks at your disposable for testing this new piece of software. I would like to test both versions: XC4 and XC5. Mike told us about his intentions a long time ago, I am glad he did not abandon and finished the task. Having a real store together with an online one is a must have tool. Imagine just keeping your inventory updated. If both stores are split it is a nightmare for you and for your customers!

If XC5 will have today all features XC4 has already, I will never come back to XC4

Yes, I have faced this problem together with you. It's fixed now. Today, we're a little bit crazy about security=) Sorry for inconvenience.

The battle inside this software is making it available for a larger number of barcode/receipt printers.

By the way, I liked your YouTube video presentation. I'd love being served by a nice looking employee (of course, without making a passion for that store ... employee ... whatever).

Hi Addison, Hi Anandat,

Thanks for your interest in X-Cart POS, we are preparing the beta's files & installation instructions, and meanwhile, I'd want to ask you to fill this form in order to have your contact details in place once the files are ready - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/195xFoj-RLXj7K2GnH95G8mQcvf_LzydMN-VhxZo5Vh0/viewform

There are already 50+ volunteers testing the module for both X-Cart 4 and X-Cart 5. No new beta-testers required. Thank you for your active interest in this project. X-Cart POS - coming soon!

I really hope these testers will squeeze every little thing out of this module and actually break it few times. But with 50+ testers should be good and less buggy release when ready. I have few clients wanting to have POS module....

Any idea what "soon" is? I mean are we talking about a month or two or a year or two? If you can give an estimate of when it will be available for regular use that would be great. I promise I won't hold you to the date you say, I'm just trying to get a general idea.
