If you install it, the url will be where you install it. In one recommended scenario, you would install it in a subdomain that has its own host account. You might call it secure.mydomain.com, or something similar. If you are using one license for 3 stores, all three stores would use this URL You do have the ability to brand/skin it differently for each store, but the URL is the same.
