This is a great Mod, but it looks like it only works if you go into the order then press the packing slip button.

Is there a way to make this work for batches, like the label button that shows up on the order search?

Anyone have a solution for that?

Hi all,

OK I just finished getting this working for 4.1.9 and I am happy with the results, however I have the same question as Deal-z, what do I need to look for to make my packing slips get printed in batch mode just like invoices can be from the search, i.e. packing slip for selected?

Sorry guys, haven't attempted to get it to work with batches, as the original client I made this for didn't have that many orders to start

Great Mod. Thank you very much. I have been thinking of writing something like this myself for a while now and decided to go searching for it.
I am using version 4.1.8 and with the corrected template change, it worked perfectly for me.

Bummer, I went through the hassle of implementing all of this and the new button doesn't even show up. Chris, how did you get it to work on 4.19?

If you read the original post, you'll note it is for 4.0, not 4.1 and probably will NOT work on 4.1.

If you make the correct changes it works fine on 4.1.8 and 4.1.9, I have been using daily for months, I just wish I knew how to get it working for batches.

Anela2003 the following is different to the text suggested here, to get the button to work you need to find the following line in /skin1/main/history_order.tpl

<td class="ButtonsRow">{include file="buttons/button.tpl" button_title=$lng.lbl_print_invoice target="_blank" href="order.php?orderid=`$order.orderid`&mode=invo ice"}</td>

And after it add the following on a new line

<td class="ButtonsRow">{include file="buttons/button.tpl" button_title=$lng.lbl_print_packing target="_blank" href="order.php?orderid=`$order.orderid`&mode=pack ing"}</td>

This is the main difference I can see for 4.1.8 or 4.1.9
