I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on what template to look in, how to edit the little "Filter" link that appears in mobile view with Product Filters installed? IMO it's hard to find and needs to have a big button. Screen attached.

That's a problem - I can't figure out how to get the template in webmaster mode in responsive (narrow phone) view. When I switch to narrow view, the layout mode stuff all goes away. That's the only time the "Filter" link is visible. On wider screens the filter list is in the left column.

Webmaster mode is disabled in phone view on purpose, because it is by no means comfortable to use on mobiles.
You may as well grep through the skin by CSS class to find where this label is triggered.
