Default Delivery method
I want my delivery method/ shipping to work like "Free shipping method. It will only pop up if all products in the cart have the same delivery method.
If one of the product within the cart does not have free shipping, then the system will not display "free shipping options". I want to apply this rule to the other shipping method.
