Default Rewards conversion code based on payment method

Hello,

We are using a third party rewards program, and are wondering about how to prevent a customer from getting said rewards if an order doesn't end up as processed? Say they order via wire transfer but never pay... the conversion code will fire in the order_message.tpl but they've technically not earned the reward yet until the transfer completes.

Is it possible to tie the conversion code to the order status in X-Cart admin? Only fire it once the order's status has been set to "Processed"? And on the flip side, how to remove the rewards if the order status goes from Processed to some other status?

Social Annex. What I am looking for is a generic way to be able to exclude code based on payment type, so the actual social platform shouldn't matter. I would like to be able to exclude conversion code for other things as well, based on payment type (only good for PayPal orders, or does not work with PayPal for example).
