Hi Guys.. Just need a little help with Abandoned Cart module...

It seems to be picking up actual sales that are going through and displaying them in the abandoned area.. is there a way to make sure only abandoned carts appear in this window?


2. On another note.. are you considering adding the option to send out auto emails..
I use software like this on my wordpress sites and it's amazing how I can set out 3 emails pre-written that send on different occasions and of course manually too. If this could be a future feature that would be brill. https://ghostmonitor.com

The module allows to send out notifications manually or automatically, and it is possible to customize the email notification messages sent by the module.

Please create a support ticket in your Helpdesk area, our support engineers will check what could be causing the problem.
