Default missing customer information on invoice

Hi all,

when my order department processes the orders, they find out that one of orders is missing customer's information, such as username and address. I looked into the log file in the xcart, I found out php strpos function cause this error. By the way, I didn't modify this php file. Please help. Thank you.

the error message on the log file is below:
[24-Sep-2008 17:16:17] Warning: strpos() [<a href='function.strpos'>function.strpos</a>]: Empty delimiter in C:\Data\PHPSites\xcart\include\check_useraccount.p hp on line 61

You are using a pretty buggy, unstable release of X-Cart. I'd suggest upgrading to at least 4.1.8, if not 4.1.11, as this may very well have been a bug. Check the changelogs in the News forum to see if this issue is specifically addressed in a future release.

BUMP, this problem has not been fixed by upgrading to 4.1.11. By the way, my customers are using IE, Firefox, or Safari. Also, I think this is a javascript problem with One Page Checkout. Did someone have this problem before?

You didn't mention you were using the one page checkout. If you turn it off and place an order, does the same thing happen?

I am sorry I didn't mention before. I didn't have this problem after I turned the mod off. but i don't know whether it's a one page checkout problem, because it's a random problem, sometimes it happens twice a month, sometimes it doesn't happen. I have contacted Bill and X-Cart Support regarding this problem when I used version 4.1.5, both of them suggested me to upgrade, but the problem still exists after the upgrading.

Ok, so then it is One Page Checkout related, so I'm moving this to the Third Party Add-Ons forum. I'd contact Bill again and ask him to look into it for you since you are now on the stable release. He may need to upgrade your one page checkout module to the latest version as well.
