Hello,

Can anyone tell me where I can edit the subject of an HTML email?? I can edit the body, but can't find where to change the subject.

Hi, if you go to admin > languages and choose " e-mail" as topic (drop down box) you're almost there. Next you need to use the filter box and enter "subj" as filter. This will show all the mail subjects you might want to change!

I am trying to get rid of the Company Name at the start of all the email subjects. I have a modified Pro install which allows for mulitple storefronts and I want the individual Provider Shops to be listed instead. This doesn't seem to be in the language variables.

That's why it's a good idea to put your exact version in your forum sig.

You will probably find what you're looking for in /skn1/mail/ and /skin1/mail/html

maybe in: /skin1/mail/order_notification_subj.tpl

the language entry may be: eml_order_notification_subj

and of course, you can edit or comment out: { $config.Company.company_name }:
