Newsletter template, where do I find it? I can only find the signature template that is included in the newsletter.

I want to add an header and logo, bgcolor etc...and I can't find anywhere to do that....

Does someone know in what file I should do the changes...?

As Long as I know, you have to just add everything in every newsletter manually.

I am having the same problem. Where is the default newsletter template? Something is invoking the newsletter_signature template, but what? Whatever it is, it puts two BR tags right before the signature, and I need to remove these.

I would just empty out the newsletter_signature template and put the signature into the body of the newsletter, but it doesn't correctly parse the unsubscribe email tag when I do that.

Any pointers are much appreciated.

There is no newsletter template per se - you create your newsletter content directly in your News Management menu which can include html (graphics, layouts etc.)

For the double
before the signature, check in xcart_dir/modules/News_Management/news_send.php

Look for this line:

Hey thanks for the reply Hooter. This looks like exactly what I'm looking for, except this file isn't visible through the web interface. Is there any way to see this file via the X-Cart interface? Or do I have to log into the machine directly? I didn't even know there was a news_send.php file because all I see via the web interface is the template files. Thanks again...

You need to FTP in...there are a whole ton of .php files outside of the skin1 directory, and the web interface only shows the skin1 directory
