Advanced Order Management.

When you select modify order on previous versions, two columns are shown. The right hand column shows the client selected product and variants. The left column shows prefilled editable boxes for the variants which are pre filled with the clients selections per product.

On version 4.6 only the last product is prefilled in the left column with the client selections. This is a royal PIA if you have 10 products with 6 options per product.

Please fix ASAP.

Hi! Actually, forum is not the best place to request fixes, especially if the problem is urgent and you expect the fix asap. Also, the problem you described requires investigation (so far we're not sure whether it's bug indeed, or an issue specific for your particular store).

So I recommend that you contact the support engineers by means of creating a new ticket in your HelpDesk account.

It makes it apparent to other users though. As the site has no add on modules its unlikely to be related to anything other than the xcart code or i would not have bothered posting it here.

I'll probably fix it myself.

Sergey has not only reproduced, confirmed and reported the bug, but also fixed it. The solution is available in the bug-tracker.

Here are some notes after upgrading from 4.3.1 to 4.6.0 which may be interesting to someone:

• Nice to see full upgrade packs from 4.5 to 4.6
• Admin (all?) passwords that contain backslash (\) no longer work. It appears they now have \\
• Admin cannot sign in with CHECK_CUSTOMERS_INTEGRITY set to TRUE even after regenerating blowfish key (there is still nothing clearly documented about this feature)
• Admin cannot sign in with CHECK_CONFIG_INTEGRITY set to TRUE. The only suggestion presented is to set to FALSE. Would be nice to see real documentation in the Help area.
• PayPal was completely blown up. BML, Advanced, and other related entries were missing from the database and had to be manually added. I'm sure there is more work to do since this is most likely not a complete fix.

This may have been reported already to QT but I could not find a reference to it on the forum so - for anyone using 3rd party skin and having any issues in admin with payment methods display or modules page display - this is due to these templates in admin using template from customer side of the store - ui_tabs.tpl

Many 3rd party skins either modify or completely replace this template and the admin fails. And I thought we have complete separation of admin and customer templates and yet now we are going 4-5 years back with both sides sharing templates.... come on really....

Thanks to Maxim (TXS) pointing this out to me today for 4.6.x store using their skin and at the same time I had the same issue with 4.5.x store using different 3rd party skin but with payment methods page...

The fix - just copy ui_tabs.tpl from common_files/customer/main to common_files/admin/main and change the reference to it in modules and payment_methods templates for admin....

This bug exists in all XC version since the functionality was introduced back in 4.4.x I think but it may have been 4.3.x

If you have setup PCI security in admin to require change admin password every XX days when that time comes and you try to login to admin XC just reloads the login page with a message - you have to first change your password before you can login... It also sends out failed login email - how is it failed since password is correct and ha snot been changed yet I don't know... Then fill out the login info again and it redirects to the proper screen to change password

Now this is not the correct behavior is it? I am 100% sure this has been reported at least 1-2 times and yet still exists. In 4.5.x and in 4.6.x as well.

It is very annoying and by the way I think it acts the same way if admin marks customer for "change password on next login" which will just make the customer to think that there is something wrong with the site, it's embarrassing....

I downloaded latest 4.6.0 Gold Plus tgz on a Windows machine. I decompressed the file then uploaded to a test server on Internet. I started installation and I get three warnings:

I accepted the License Agreement clicked Next. I got an error "Wrong auth code! You can not proceed.".

OK I looked into the code file PasswordHash.php line 51:

All files and directories has untouched permissions. I spent almost 20 minutes to check this. So - files permission ok, directories integrity ok, but cannot install 4.6.0.

Could you please try finding Mr. Urandom and tell him to leave my 4.6.0 version alone for being installed? I don't need his warnings. Mr. Urandom has been seen in the following places:

- [XC_Dir]/check_requirements.php
- [XC_Dir]/include/classes/class.XCPasswordHash.php
- [XC_Dir]/include/lib/PasswordHash.php
- [XC_Dir]/include/lib/OpenID/README
- [XC_Dir]/include/lib/OpenID/Auth/OpenID/CrypUtil.php
- [XC_Dir]/include/lib/PasswordHash.php
- [XC_Dir]/modules/XAuth/services/internal/check_requirements.php

I will ask my host to check if /dev/urandom is available on this Linux machine. Please revise the code for better error information.
