Hi All
I know this is not a xcart related issue but though you may have some insight

As per the attached image I seem to not get the correct icons when using the editor as you can see all the icon images are gone. This is the same in all config pages but only happens in chrome

Firefox is fine and Internet explorer works (for a change) cant even login using Edge

Any pointers would be gratefully accepted

Look at the browser errors (try with F12) - this may be due to browser not allowing secure and non-secure items loading together on secure connection.

Cheers not seeing any errors in the Developer tool window

It looks like your browser is having a problem with loading the TinyMCE font file.

Here is the CSS portion that loads the fonts:

       url(fonts/tinymce.woff) format('woff'),

Please make sure that at least one file per font family is loaded by the browser without errors.

thanks but it is relevant to any icon that is displayed in the admin menu even the product or category lists for enable/disable delete etc etc - its really weird as i have uninstalled chrome and restored and not changed but all other browsers are ok
very weird indeed

Its not just xcart guys its the same in joomla too so no blaming any particular item just looks to be a chome thing

Hi All just an update to this little annoyance... I found it was one of the extensions i had in chrome that caused this ,...,Change Font Family Style. disabled it and all icons back
