Installed - Added 'new' skins and Autoship database then

They have taken the "FULFILLMENT STAFF" out of 3.5.0 - it was in 3.4.9 as PROMISED" but it's gone again - or they just forgot to update the database, right?

-- update: add Fulfillment staff to the membership field in the database and Fulfillment staff members can deal with orders - when I tried to create a new administrator of type membership Fulfillment staff there was no Fulfillment staff in the drop-down .. The array is in the xcart_config table with the Fulfillment staff as an option.

All in all, I must say that its looking good.

There are plenty of things that have been sorted out in this release.

  • New default skin look
  • vat looks and works better
  • import product options
  • new top speed bar
  • create html catalogue 1 category at a time option
  • all credit cards added as standard with the option to switch on and off
  • credit card validation improved
  • choose name for static pages
  • much improved checkout
  • order notes on all payment types
  • full ship to name on all orders / profiles
(should have removed from main registration though i think)
  • new html email templates
  • improved orders list
  • Hide disfunctional payment methods from customers
  • print invoice improvements
  • select order or products
  • choice of date and time format
  • did i mention much improved checkout

all that and more

OK... I found it... First BUG... JavaScript errors in both IE5 and Opera on Win2K

If click the link to for disabled JavaScript, then the buttons show...

So.. the JS needs reworking. Works fine with 3.4.x

Try Mozilla Firebird - fast - lightweight - blocks pop-ups - has tabs - has support for most of the plug ins and the same version runs on a MAC and PC.

Notice the first item in the 3.5.0 store? Javascript (Definitive Guide), hint.

Please note: I receive no funding of any kind from Morzilla, also note that I did not post a link to the free download URL nor is this post posted with a signature containing any advertising or any paid avdvertisements.

I can try a ton of different browsers.. but I can not specify that my clients customers use Mozilla

Chances are that is is on the code for the product options validation (thanks Boomer) because it only effects the "Add to Cart" buttons.
