MOD REQUEST #1: PAID PROVIDER MEMBERSHIPS
I want to be able to create/define payable membership levels. The fields for this in admin panel should be:
Provider Membership Level Name
Provider Membership Level Description
Provider Membership product limit
Provider Membership Level Price

The Name and Description fields would be text fields for information only.
The Product Limit would be a numeric field that would limit how many products the vendor can add to the catalog depending on his paid membership level.
Examples:

Name: Free Description: 10 Items Price: $0
Name: Bronze Description: 20 Items Price: $10
Name: Silver Description: 50: Items Price: $20
Name: Gold Description: Unlimited Price $50

The memberships should have a date associated with them, based on when the user pays for it, and should expire. When they expire, the user must renew or else his account activity is disabled, but the products are not deleted. The admin must choose to manually delete the products in case the provider pays again, but late. If they pay late, the renewed membership should be linked back to the same provider account/products as before.


When a vendor registers, they should be forced to choose a Membership Level from the levels that I define, as described above. If they choose a free membership, then at the point of approval the account activity is activated, but with limited product abilities based on the limits of a free provider membership.

If they choose a paid membership, then they must pay for the membership at the time of registration. In this case, manually approved memberships would not be selected in the cart setup. Only automatic approvals would work because of the requirement of a payment.
