UPDATE:

It is recommended to install the new version of PayPalPro module for all users who use this module in their LiteCommerce stores.

I installed the updated version of PayPal Pro, and had to reset my shipping settings. Done now, and all seems to work fine.

However, I tried to double-check that I had the IPN setting checked in my paypal account, and PayPal won't allow me to select it. Does your fix make this step from the install instructions unnecessary?

I guess PayPal does not allow to select IPN check-box when the IPN URL field is empty. So, make sure the IPN URL field is filled in.

The IPN URL, which is specific for your store, can be found on the PayPal payment method configuration page in your LiteCommerce admin back-end.
