I am looking to add a popup message that comes up when customes visit my website, i saw something simillar in the past where a popup box moves down from the top of the page to the middle in a nice way, you then have the option either to click on it to go to related page, or to click on X to close it.

Anyone knows where I can get this mod from please.

Check dymanicdrive.com for scripts like this but usually this is very annoying to customers and most will probably leave instead of purchase

Many thanks for your input, I tried to install the popup box II (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex11/abox2.htm)
but for some reason does not work, can you help please? this is what I did

1- I added the following to the home.tpl just before </head>:
<script language="JavaScript" src="popup.js"> </script>
2- Then I generated a code and added it to home.tpl just before </body>
3- I uplodaed the provided files to public_html/

I must be doing something wrong, Can you correct me please.

You probably have to correct path to popup.js - cart can't find it

I am coding something like this right now - popup a message on site visit once per session, the body of the message can be anything you want. Soon to be ready

Thanks but does this mod support versions 4.1.9 (the store version I am looking toa dd the popup on)?

Your signature says 4.3.2 - I thought thats the version you need it to so right now it does work on 4.3.x and 4.4.x. I'll add 4.1.x and 4.2.x as well then
