Default Facebook SDK and body tag
Using 4.6.6 and ideal responsive template.

Facebook says:

Include the JavaScript SDK on your page once, ideally right after the opening <body> tag.

What template file has the body tag for all pages?


I have to paste the code below right after the body tag
