I have x-cart pro 4.1.9. and had this mod installed on my website.

is there any documentation as to how I make this actually work? I don't see a link on the order page to print labels etc. I assume this is related to the configuration of the mod but withouht any guidance, i am a but lost.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to open a ticket with Rubymods

I've done that but i hear their customer service is not the best so any help from the user forum would be greatly appreciated

Go to the \rubymods_install folder and open the following file with WordPad: install_ruby_fedex_direct_419.diff

Search for Index: include/orders.php. Where you see a "-" at the beginning of the line, that line should no longer exist in your include/php file. Where you see a "+" that should have been added. For an idea of where to look in the code, refer to the lines with neither a - or + at the beginning.

This is how I troubleshooted my install. Hope that helps!
