My cart is setup. I do not want to run install again, if possible,

At the time of setup I was givin the option of 1 column, 2 columns, layout and color. How do I revert back to change the options I have choosen?

as long as I know you will have to use re install option and choose lay out there.

Yep, cause when you install the selected parameters are choosen to pass variables in the installed directory for skin1, therefore determining the TPL structure.

If it had to do with style, color or images there is no problem cause these can be simply replaced.
