Does anyone know of a module that will allow us to give a coupon to the customer right after they order, maybe on the confirmation page, or emailed to them?

I don't think there's any module out there built to do this automatically. Depending on what you are trying to achieve it could be very simple to custom code. You're welcome to send us your requirements.

You could add Special Bonus Points via Special offers. Than customer can convert the points into reduction for their next order. Every 10 point 1 dollar - max 30%.
It can be done with 2 special offers (See 4 screenshots in attached zip file)

Will only work for registered customers.
