Yes, but for some reason it was not posted yet. I guess Tony was too busy helping the developers of XC5 =) Anyway, this is a poor excuse of our fault, so I contacted the XC5 team and they promised to publish it by the end of today working shift here:

Any chance we will see a change to the recent orders notification in the admin panel? Would be nice if that number reflected how many orders have not been "shipped". I dont like the idea of delete orders but it is the only way to get that number to reset to 0 as far as I can tell.

Also I am getting duplicate emails when a new order is made. Has been doing this in the last few versions.

Furthermore, a change to the way x-cart handles address would be welcome! Right now addresses are outlined

Would be nice to have the option to move (or remove) country if the site is only for sales in one country.

Agreed, it seems like its just an order count of how many orders are in the database.

Also once you get into the order page, the payment method image icon (order_payment_method_icon.png) is a $ Dollar sign. Regardless of which country you are setup in. Kind of confusing if you are going to hardcode images of Dollar signs for worldwide shopping software. Could the image not be of a credit card?
