Hi everyone, Ive been digging around the templates for quite a while now and i havnt figured out how to remove the border arouned featured.tpl
i have xcart 4.0 gold. Answers would be very much appriecited.

1. Go to admin of you site and login
2. Run webmaster mode (administration menu box).
3. Click Webmaster mode.
4. You will see an XCART debugging console displayed. It shows all the templates used for displaying the current xcart page. Currently it should be showing you the administration:webmaster page structure.
5. If you put the mouse over any of the included template & config lines and hold it there for a few seconds, you will see the template box on the xcart site be highlighted (outlined in black) - so it shows you the file name of the template that is used.
6. Now go to the navigation bar of the xcart shopping cart and type in your shopping cart address: eg: http://www.mysite.com/xcart/
7. You should be at you shop entrance / main page. Note all the colours and fonts have changed - this is because you are in webmaster mode.
8. Toggle the screens to have the debug console on top of the cart and highlight the lines one by one - learn/see what template files affect this section/screen of the shopping cart.
9. You will see that >customer/main/featured.tpl line will highlight the featured products area. This is the template that probably needs modifying (look in the skin1 directory - all the templates are here).
10. To get out of webmaster mode - goto the navigation bar and type in the address for your admin login screen.
11. Login, and goto webmaster menu and turn off webmaster mode.
12. Next edit the file.

Note: You can edit the file in webmaster mode by clicking on the area, but I recommend manual editing - just remember to keep backups.
