Default Bestsellers time frame for XC5

I see in the backend you can adjust the time frame of the bestsellers displayed there, but there is no way to change the time frame for bestsellers displayed on the client side. We have bestsellers being displayed from all time that are not currently bestsellers, maybe 4 years ago, but not today.



I'd like to set it to display bestsellers for the last month on the client side. Has anyone been able to set the time frame for Bestsellers?


Currently using Business 5.4.1.5

I have not looked at the code but my guess is bestsellers are taken from number of all time sales for a product. So not within particular timeframe. If you want to be able to set this you can either request XC to add an option or get it custom coded.

Yes, Steve is right. Bestsellers are taken from the Sales statistics.

Thank you for the replies. Looks like the code is already there in the admin section to separate it for Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last Month, and Lifetime. I've attached a screenshot. Seems like it should be an option for the front end. I'll check in with XC. If anyone has done this, please let me know.
