I have removed the folder eBay_Inventory_Manager to get it to go to the Payment screen for customers, that was not good, ioncube_check was success, all patched without any error. Yet it brought my shop down. Nice one.

This completely wipes out Christmas sales I could have had for this module as I sell Toys. So now I have to pay a module fee, ebay shop subscription for 3 months before I can start to even list the items, let alone try to sell them.

Phone ebay. They are good with sellers. They have up'd my limit several times when I have run out. Even when I first started I explained what I wanted to do and had to ask a few questions about my business and they gave me a ё10k limit. Ive only been using it 6 months and Im already up to a ё90k limit.

The zip archive that I downloaded from the X-Cart site for 4.6.1 seems to be missing the patch file.

this is serious warning that do not install this mod, it will suck your site, my server go down many times because this mod, now i can not disable it and it slow my whole site because the php api keep calling their server, suck suck suck.

After a paid install by x-cart, its been over 4 weeks and our ebay integration still isn't working. It will be nice to have as soon as we can get it up and running, but after paid support and a paid install, its still not up.

warn thousands time that do not buy this mod, this mod is very terrible, will make your server down like my own has 4 cores and 8gb memory, it has a lot of problem of this mod.

After a paid install and very little response from X-Cart tech support, our Ebay integration still isn't working. If you do use the Ebay module you may want to have Kosmos do the install.

We're pretty happy with X-Cart as a platform, but this has been a continual frustration that hasn't been resolved. We've been paying the monthly fee, but I quit paying the monthly fee to Kosmos this week. No point in paying the fee if the module doesn't work.

To add frustration, now Kosmos wants $450 to resolve the issues. Grrrr

Hello, some information about this module.

The downloadable eBay module is an Enterprise ready module.

1) This module will utilize a lot of resources on your server, so we highly recommend utilizing an X-cart optimized hosted environment or at least Semi-Dedicated and non shared for optimized performance. If you don't have the proper resources to use the module, then your eBay items will fail to update during peak server load times when triggered.

2) Installing the module only covers your installation. You still have to configure your eBay account and follow the eBay instructions on how to use the software. This has taken some customers a couple of weeks to figure out.

If you'd like to compare pricing, just go to Channel Advisor and ask how much to use their eBay integration software. The cost alone is over $800/m + 1.5% of your gross revenue.

Why do they charge so much? This software is very costly to maintain and shouldn't be considered a simple downloadable module. As mentioned, it's an Enterprise ready module and currently being sold at bargain basement prices. Customers with 4.4.x to 4.6.x are very lucky they can sell at such a low entry point.

If you're having problems and need assistance trouble shooting your environment, or setting up eBay then we recommend a minimum 3 hours of support.

Support includes:
1) Assistance to resources on how to use software
2) Answer your eBay integration questions
3) Installation or re-installation of software
4) Troubleshooting server problems
5) Assist with configuring your eBay integration

For a successful integration, the very minimum you'll need to setup is your:
1) Category Mappings
2) Identify Items to Map to eBay
3) Shipping
4) Taxes
5) Payment Method
6) Setup Cron's for Automation

*One Time Support Package will include up to TWO hours of Pre-Paid troubleshooting.

Why do I need to pay for support?

1) The installation failed and wasn't complete or
2) You or X-cart haven't setup your CRONS (need CPANEL access)
3) You haven't setup eBay properly or
4) You have 3rd party module conflicts or
5) You have customizations that's conflicting with the module.
