If you need to go live now X-Cart 4.0.17 is ready to go and is very stable and proven.

Can anyone assist with this error. I am not sure if it is a database error or not.

I keep getting this error

I too had a problem with the master account after the install.

I was unable to log on, so i did a password request.

I'm told my password was: б█б╚б│б╟ц╛б╣Б─

I used that to log in and it worked. I then went to change the password to something in english instead of russian

. After hitting the save button, it booted me out. I then attempted to log in again with both the old password and the new one and neither one would work. I was just told that I was locked out and to contact the administrator. I then tried another password request and was then told that i didnt exist. I went into the database to see if i was really there or not, and i was!

Hmmmm....

That's pretty funny coming from someone who is demanding a timeline from the developers of a software product whose previous branch was not considered stable until its 12th release. You question has been asked and answered many times and the answer is always that 4.1.0 is not stable and unlikely to be so for quite a while.

Perhaps you ought to get off your high horse and instead impress upon the developers your need for a timeline just as others here are voicing our unhappiness with other aspects of the 4.1.0 branch.

Thank you svowl,

I wasn't sure if it was something I did or my server. It was driving me nuts. Do you know how many times I have deleted the directory, downloaded it and re-uploaded it just to keep seeing this error.

Do you have a release date yet for rc2?

After a fresh install of RC1 the title of my site is Your Company Name
That is also the text displayed in the navigational breadcrumb path. I have my company name set up in company options - is there somewhere else it needs to be set?
